Driving Lesson

I let my son drive to Heathrow today. He did it all except the M3/M4/M5/M25. He has only had about 5 lessons, so 250 miles was one heck of a lesson. Drove like a pro. I only hit the invisible brake once, when he was doing 80 with one hand on the wheel on the 303. Oh, and his clutch control can be dodgy. Can't see why he shouldn't pass his test sometime soon though.
The Heathrow trip was to collect Kimberly, newly arrived from Caracas via Munich, here to stay for a 3 month holiday/love fest.
The ungrateful toad/son has decided Devon is too isolated, so he intends to move to his mother's castle in Suffolk, where she has offered him accommodation, relative nearness to London, use of a car, and help with getting on a Law Course. And she is loaded. Fair enough, you might think. I have only brought him up for the past 23 years, so I suppose it is her turn. She offered, and he has an eye for the Main Chance.
