Advice
Don't fall in the water a second time. It doesn't get any better.
Dipping your phone in is not recommended either (It tends to die)
Keys are useless if at the bottom of the harbour.

Oh dear. I should have warned you..... 1. Always keep a change of clothing on board. 2. Take everything out of your pockets that you wouldn't want to get wet. 3. Get a proper boater's keyring with a big cork ball attached so that the keys float. Sorry. But I hope you didn't get hurt.

Still no sea-legs then? They'll turn up in time, just keep buggering on as Churchill would say.
P.S. .... and you'll need a fishing net on a long handle so that you can fish stuff out when it goes overboard.
