Kids

My daughter's son popped round today

He has just started walking, although he has been doing stairs for some time.

He looks so like his dad, I have to worry about kissing the little monkey. He is sensible enough now to automatically do stairs downwards feet first on his tummy. His big sister is starting to read and do numbers bigtime,
(me on the left, M on the right)
which is only right, as a Drama Queen needs to have a back up to the drama option. And this morning, on watching a crocodile video, she said "bloody heck!"(age 5)which isn't bad for a Devon girl.

Ooh someone there does French 7s. The school won't like that.

My, what big hands you have, granddad!

School: What you're showing originality, we can't have that!

Looks to me, with my detective hat on, as if someone has written froggy 7s in growed-up writing for daughter's daughter to copy whereas sensible daughter's daughter has written proper English 7s, so no need to panic or hide the garlic. That warrants several merits, a gold star AND a knighthood for daughter's daughter.

And the euro 7 in the middle is actually a backwards 4. The little euro 7 is mine
