Five Meetings

In three Days
Monday: 12 Social Workers plus me around a table designing a poster on a flipchart. Hell on earth. Actions for me? Talk to a couple of people (done)
Tuesday: With 6 Social Workers, a couple of people with Learning Disabilities, and the bus manager. Actions for me? absorb praise for previous and continuing. Send two emails.
Tuesday II: With a Councillor and Charity people next door to Shopmobility. Actions for me? take results verbally to Shopmobility meeting. Done.
Wednesday: Transport, with engineers, property, solicitor. Actions for me: write aide memoir for Asst Director, write committee report (not too onerous). Aide Memoire done, will do report when back from XXXXX
Wednesday II: Chair Shopmobility meeting, all done in 30 minutes despite presence of Councillors and grumpy volunteers. Actions for me: email some phone numbers.
I am getting the hang of this management lark!
