This morning:
Alan Deddicoat, BBC Radio 2 news: "This morning there was an earthquake centred in Lincolnshire. It's effects were felt all over England and Wales"
Our hero (who was in England last night) "No they bloody weren't"
Significant Other (also in England last night) "Well, the earth moved for me"
Our Hero "Oh. (pause) Oh good"

Well it wasn't rough enough for me, I didn't feel a thing :)
What we really need is a small earthquake centred on Rock Walk, bring the whole lot down in one go and have done with it.

What if everyone in the country decided to jump off a chair at exactly the same time? Would it register on the rictor scale?
